If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I’m here to help! I offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to my return policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be fully intact and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use or damage

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send me an email with your order ID.
2. Describe the products you wish to return.
3. You will pay return shipping in the same manner and form, including insurance, the item was sent to you.
4. Items must be received by me within 30 days of delivery, as per tracking information.
5. Restocking fee of $20 will apply and be deducted from your return.
6. Once your return is received in good order, your refund will be processed.
7. Damaged items are not available for refund. If your item is considered damaged upon receipt back to me, no restocking fee will apply nor will a refund be issued.
